Carolyn Mourlas is a graduate of San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology and is a licensed Esthetician. After graduation she attended The International Dermal Institute in San Francisco to receive her post-graduate certification in skin care.

She has extensive knowledge of skin analysis, facial techniques, waxing, body treatments, skin and cosmetics product ingredients, color theory and cosmetics application. She has received product and theory training from AVEDA, Dermalogica skin care, BeingTrue cosmetics and Bumble & Bumble.

Before obtaining her Esthetics licence she completed her bachelors of arts degree in psychology from San Francisco State University and worked in sales and marketing.
